Determine when ESXi was upgraded

I need to determine when an ESXi host was upgraded (from 5.5 to 6.0).  Can anyone tell me if that's possible and how to do it?

Hi,

When logged onto the host via SSH if you run the command:

esxcli software profile get

It will show you details like "creation time"
