Dell Unisphere 5.0 unable to share datastore with VMWare esxi 6.5

We recently purchased a Dell Unity 380F server with Unisphere 5.0, we are having problems getting the VMWare ESXi hosts to get access to the Unisphere datastore, message says datashare inaccessible.

Some details may help.
How are the LUNs presented t the ESXi host (FC, iSCSI or NFS)?
Are you using the VMware LUN feature, or do you use the classic method of presenting Block LUNs to the ESXi host?
Does the host have other LUNs presented from the Unity?

Screenshots about the presentation from the storage side, as well as some from the initiator configuration on the ESXi hosts may also be helpful.
