Dell T3610 and ESXi 6.x support and ISO download

Hi all, I've bought a Dell Precision T3610 refurbished with this hw configuration:

• Intel Xeron E5-1607 4Cores 4 Threads 3Ghz
• 32GB RAM
• 1 SSD 256 Gb
• 1 HDD 1 Tb
• NVIDIA Quadro NVS 300

 I would like use it as ESXi Lab at home, my questions are:

a) Where I can find an ISO image for ESXi 6.5 o 6.x, since I've done the registration but I'm able only to download 7.0 version.

b) My HW is compliant with ESXi ?

Thanks in advance and excuse me for these "dumb" questions. I'm new about this products and I really appreciate any pointer from you.

It might be a challenge to get a vSphere Hypervisor 6 free lic key.
