Dell Poweredge 1950 ESXI 5.0 Open Manage Help

Hi i need some help with esxi 5.0 trying to get open manage working i've managed to install the agents onto esxi 5 and its fine but when i use OSMA 6.5.0 on a another machine to connect the esxi host  get "Internal error login failed" and I'm using 6.5.0 A02 agents for esxi 5 it would much appreciated if you could help me out I'm been pulling my hair out.

What operating system are you installing the OpenManage OMSA 6.5 management environment on?

There appear to be issues using XP Professional, and possibly also using Windows Server 2003.

Using either Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 apparently avoids this issue.

Hi Thanks for your reply I've tried OSMA 6.5 on a non dell windows xp machine and a non dell windows 7 machine and also non dell windows server 2008 r2 64 bit still no luck.
