any idea what this error is in a datastore cluster? All my hosts have access to the lunson the ds cluster. not sure why its showing this warning.
Not sure what specifically causes this, but here are some steps that cleared it up for me after adding two new datastores. You can click on the "Host Connections missing" hyperlink and then it will show the hosts that are Connected. From this, you can figure out what hosts are "missing". I then went to one of those "missing" hosts (in vSphere). I selected Configuration, then Storage and then on the top right clicked "Rescan All" which forced another scan for storage devices. After this additional scan, the datastores showed "All Hosts Connected" under the Hust Connection Status column.
I know this is an old post but this might help if someone comes across it.
