Data copy is very slow?

Hi Team,

Recently configured new virtual machine - Windows 2008 R2 x64 bit with 2cpu , 3GB memory and 1 network card.

While copying data to this new VM datatransfer rate is not more than 40 kb, it's very slow.

Host -Vmware ESXI 4.1.0

I have disabled Tcp/IP v6 , installed vm tools restarted still no result. I have attached snapshot along with this post- (data transfer snapshot)

Could you please let me know what i am missing, you help is much apprecaited.

If you're operating on a 100Mbps network, ensure there is no duplex mismatch between the switch and the NIC.
