Dangling SSL error

I'm running into a problem during a P2V from SBS2003 server to esx i 4.0 .

The Vmware converter (vs 4.x) is starting and making a connetion to the target host (just 1 esxi server and no VC)

fater appr. 1 hr. it is still hanging on 1 % progress and 1 hr remaining.

Than it fails with "Dangling SSL Error"

Any Ideas ...??

I am having the same issue with a 2003 enterprise server. I only just started to look into it, but I'm having trouble finding information. Have you been able to resolve the issue?
