DRS Scheduled to migrate vm's frequently , would that cause any side effects?

I am not VMware guy, but just know some.

DRS seems scheduled to migrate VM's from one ESXi to the other, very frequently, for instance one VM got migrated in 6 hours then, again in 5 minutes moved again. I don't know what criteria is to move. But won't that be too frequent? and cause issues?

DRS evaluates the cluster every 5 minutes.
