DELL 1950 Server installtion for ESX4.0

we newly purcahse one DELL 1950 Server. complte of ESX4.0 installtion. it is asking reboot the machine. after rebooting the machine. i am grtting operating sysytem is not find. i am not able to loging the esx4.0 server console mode.

Do you have any LUNs attached to this machine. Check which harddrive you have installed it and make sure that in boot order the same hardware is specified as the first drive.

During installation if you chose full rather than free space the datastore overwrote the esxi installation. Reinstall and choose free space.
