Could not extend harddisk

Hello,

we have got the following setup:

RAID 5 on a SmartArray with 2 Tbyte, 530 gbyte are still free, it is formated with a block size of 8 Mbyte and VMFS 3.33.

ESXi version: 4.0 U1 => 219382, so the most current one.

One of those virtual machines currently uses two harddisk:

Primary:

- type: thick

- size: 120 gbyte

- maximal size: not available <-- eh, why?

Secondary:

- type: fast

- size: 20 gbyte

- maximal size: 555,67 gbyte

The modus options are not enabled for both HDDs.

Why does it show me for it (windows server with ntfs) "not available"? The option for resizing is also greyed out.

If I create a new machine, I also could create HDDs > 200 gbyte.

What's wrong here?

// Edit:

Ah and I forget, there is one snapshot available for this machine.

Are there any snapshots for this VM? You can not extend hard disk if snapshot exists.
