Corrupt VMFS Filesystem

Hi,

I was trying to clean up my inventory of VMs.  During this, one of the VMs threw a file error.

From the command line, I see this happening:

/vmfs/volumes/4b104ea9-499734d2-2460-00e081570f3f # ls -al FreeNas/
ls: FreeNas/vmware.log: No such file or directory
ls: FreeNas/vmware-8.log: No such file or directory
drwxr-xr-x    1 root     root                560 Aug  2 21:52 .
drwxr-xr-t    1 root     root               3220 Aug 31 00:36 ..

Obviously, at this point I can't delete the FreeNas directory, as it thinks it contains files, which really don't exist.

The only time I've seen anything like this, on a "normal" filesystem is where it was corrupted.

Is there any way to validate a VMFS, or is my only option to back everything up, and re-format.  I hope not.

Cheers.
