Corrupt VMDK File?

I have a server that is constantly failing when Backup Exec tries to do an image backup of it. I did notice the VMDK file has a bunch of zeros before it. All my other VM's do not. The name of the server is ServerName-000002.vmdk. There is no snapshot of this server in Snapshot Manager.

The error I'm getting in Backup Exec is ServerName-000002.vmdk is a corrupt file.

Nothing in the Snapshot Manager doesn't mean there's no active snapshot on the VM. The Snapshot Manager only displays the contents of the .vmsd file. To give you an advice please provide some details to understand the issue first. What I would like to see is a complete list of files in the VM's folder (names, extensions, sizes, time stamps, ...) as well as the VM's latest vmware.log files.
