Copying Patch Baselines in vCenter/ESXi 5.5

I am trying to determine if there is a simpler/faster way to copy a Patch Baseline as to not have to manually copy all of the patches into a 'new' baseline just to add any new additional released patches.

Currently running ESXi 5.5.0 Patch 10 but would like to create a baseline that would bring up the hosts to ESX 5.5.0 Patch 11 while maintaining the original Patch 10 baseline.

I am running vCenter Server 5.5.0 Update 3E and if it is possible through the vSphere client, that would be ideal but I can also use PowerCLI if that is the only way.

You may create a new baseline group and attach the existing baseline for 5.5 Patch10 along with the new patch. Then attach the new one to host and do a scan.
