Copy and paste configurations?

I've only done two Dell ESXi setups in the past, literally winging it.

Our company has bought 14 Dell R740 servers with some version on VMware on it.

Hoping there's an easier way to setup multiple. Is it possible to setup one of the servers, then export the configuration and import it into another server and so on? The only difference they'd have is IP and name.

In vCenter if you have it, use host profiles...

Configure 1 host completely, and then extract / create a host profile from it. (this would be the reference host)

Attach the profile to the other hosts / cluster

They will report as not compliant with the attached host profiles and you can remediate, and it will place the host in maintenance mode reconfigure it and reboot. AFAIK, you can set it up so it is asking for the IPs and hostnames..

Regards
