Copied VM to new Datastore

I have configured a new Datstore in my server, but whenever I copy a new VM from the old Datastore to the new:

It can not find all disks. I have once tried to copy locally via "cp" command and the second time via GUI. But same result.

Does the VM have snapshots?
Please note that "old" snaphots (-delta.vmdk files) are not supported on VMFS-6 datastores anymore. VMFS-6 only supports snapshot in the new "-sesparse.vmdk" file format.

If this is not the case here, then please post a complete file lis from the VM's folder, i.e. the text output of ls -lisa.

That's what I thought.
In order to migrate the VM to a VMFS6 datatsore, you either need to delete/consolidate the snapshot prior to the migration, or use the migration wizard (vCenter Server required) which takes care of the format change (delta <-> sesparse).

The old datastore was also VMFS6.
