Converting HP UX system to VM

We have a VERY old HP UX system (version 10).  We still use it as a production server and are afraid of a hardware failure.  What is the process to convert something like this to a VM?  I am using ESXi free right now.  Thanks!

HP-UX isn't x86, so this won't be possible with ESXi. You would have to migrate the apps off to an x86 platform that could be virutalized.

what is the chipset that the HP-UX is using, if it is not x86 or x64 based then you are out of luck.
