Hi there, if VMware Server 1.0.2 supports OVF export/import (I am not really aware), just export the VM to .ovf template, import it back to ESXi, upgrade its hardware version to the newest supported and upgrade VMware tools. You should be all done then, clean and easy Smiley Happy

Can you try running the VMware vCenter Converter: P2V Virtual Machine Converter | United States inside the VM? Can you show me a screenshot of the VM's files in a datastore browser if everything has the same structure like in ESXi?

No, I can't run Converter inside VM because VM is SUSE SLES 7.

VM's file are in attached file.

The following thread: Migrate VMware Server to ESXi - Server Fault suggests that you run the converter from a Windows Machine, point it to your SLES VM as a source and the destination will be your ESXi host. Would you mind trying that?

You can use an evaluation version of Windows Server 2012 R2 for this temporary transfer Try Windows Server 2012 R2 | TechNet Evaluation Center

On the vmserver 1 host use vmware-vdiskmanager to convert the vmdk-file to a one piece preallocated vmdk.
Edit the descriptorfile like I show here:
http://sanbarrow.com/vmdk-howtos.html#flattovmfs

then upload the vmdk to your ESXi host and create a new VM with the uploaded vmdk.

No need to fight with Converter at all
