Continous problems with vSphere client 5.1

Hi all,

I have continous problems using vSphere client 5.1 agains an ESXi 5.1 free hypervisor. Every time that I can try to "Open console", same error appears:

"The VMRC Console has disconnected .. attempting to reconnect".

vSphere client 5.1 is installed under Windows 2008 R2 (I don't use Windows 8 or Windows 2012, like I see in some threads about this problems). I have tried to uninstall all Visual c++ redistributable packages and reinstall vsphere client ... but no go.

Any idea??

Thanks

The problem is fixed now.  Just download the latest version of the  vSphere client VMware-viclient-all-5.0.0-913577.exe and install it.   Reboot and the problem is fixed!

The client version is 5.1 but the file name doesn't reflect this.

Thanks Sut, but not. This client is for vSpher 5.0 U2. I have installed and when connects to ESXi 5.1, updates the client to version 5.1.0.2083 ... and problems presists ...

Would anyone else does this happen? Is there no solution?
