i had a problem while start vSphere Client, when i access to vSphere window you can see error box below. i had to restart server. any idea?

This issue is only on your computer , or it is the same when you are conencting directly on the vcenter and start the vsphere client?

It means that the hostd agent agent on your server was not granted enough resources to update its status. This could be the server is under stress and no free cpu cycles are available.

Check if any other process is hogging the memory by esxtop.
And of course, are you using the vsphere client matching the ESXi server version
no it's same, when i connecting directly on the vcenter and start the vsphere client, i pluged a sceen on the server but seen everything is fine.
you can see below, everything is fine when this windows appear but when i click (ect) to "APPLICATIONS" loading says and then connection error appear.
and whinc log file do you want?

Alrighty then, now we are able to fixate on that the VC is able to connect properly, but the error happens when any action pertaining to the 248.6 server is triggered.
1. So let us take care of the esxi server side. Can you let us know if the server is under any AD configuration or is running any workloads?
2. From the vpxa.log of the server, check the activity by tail -f /var/log/vpxa.log when you click applications resource pool.
3. Instead of from VC, try opening the server 248.6 from a vsphere client only and check, if you are able to manage or view any properties like vms, licenses, network.
Disable your firewall on your vcenter if it is enable.

Pls check all thr required service if your vcenter is 5.1.
virtual disk also pls start this service and check .
then you will be able to connect.
we don't use the Vcenter
i check that log file and i saw below message.

Can you attach the log please because it is a general error message. Maybe you have something else.
Do you have a firewall between your sphere client and your ESXi?
