I don't see any mention of this, so I thought I would share since I see many comments from Mac users in this forum.
The latest VMWare Fusion technology preview can connect to vCenter Server from a Mac. I've been using it for the last 30 minutes as an alternative to the Web Client. It's pretty nice.
