Assuming I have multiple hosts, vCenter and shared storage. Is it possible to turn my VMs off and migrate them (cold migration) versus a live migration if I DO NOT have a vMotion license? I'm asking this for some of our branch offices looking at Essentials Plus - and believe me I have advised them of the cons already. I know it has HA so I would think it should be able to as in theory that is the same thing I'm wanting to do just with a more planned setup. Thanks again.
