Is there a cold booting .iso for doing an offline p2v for vsphere. I've installed vcenter server and the standalone converter, but I don't see an .iso to burn to a cd. Please give specific and precise information on where to find this .iso. I've seen a lot of references to these for previous versions but I haven't been able to downoad those .iso.
