Is it possible to clone a VM while it is running ?
The goal is to have a ready-to-replace VM in case of major failure.
As VM is a VoIP PBX, there are no changes in VM files rather than logs and minor changes so cloned VM has not to be "identical" strictly speaking.
Is a simple copy to another datastore location possible ?
Any suggestion ?
