Cloning a VM machine without all the attached disks

We have a VM server which has a number of huge data disks attached I want to clone the initial server but not the attached disks,  I don't want to remove the disks to be able to do this, is there a way that I can accomplish this Pls.

Hi,

you can use VMware vCenter converter for that. It's also possible to shrink volumes and things like that.
