Cisco IP communicator Compatability with Vmware

Hi,

I was trying to deploy a vmware View 4.5 infrastructure for a customer with Cisco IP Communicator. I was using PCoIP . But on thin client I am facing an error of "unable to find a proper sound device". I have troubleshoot and found that Cisco Ip communicator is not supported with vmware, citrix or any other thin client.

This line was enough for me to stop work, but I am thinking that this is for vmware itself not for the VMs running on ESX.

Please correct me if I am wrong and if I am wrong please tell me how can I reditect sound devices to thin client through CiscoIP communicator.

Upgrade your audio driver to Teradici's audio driver; Point Control Panel -> Sounds to use Teradici audio as default and it should be OK. Works on Windows 7 x 64 with View 5.0.1. Cisco IP Communicator version 8.6.1
