Change vDS port group from non-ephemeral to ephemeral via ESXi CLI

Hello,

i want to install a new VCSA 6.5 appliance in my vSphere 6.5 homelab (vDS Only) environment, because i killed my old VCSA appliance 😉

During the installation wizard i get an error: "non-ephemeral distributed virtual port groups are not supported, and [therefore] not shown in the dropdown list."

How can i change a vds port group from non-ephemeral to ephemeral via ESXi host CLI, cause i have no working VCSA ?

Not sure if that is possible, since to change any VDS configuration, you will need vCenter Server up and running.
