Hallo at everyone,
i need some help for a job that i have to do today.
The problem is :
-I must change ip addresses on my LAN,the structure is completly manage by Vsphere 4.
-Now i have an HA cluster with 3 hosts, and i have to change the ip addresses to these server Host1,2 and 3 and the virtual center, and into the host i ha ve a domain.
Please, What is the best practice for this job someone can help me for this procedure,?
Thanks a lot
My steps would be:
1) vsphere client login to existing center, disconnect all hosts and remove
2) stop vcenter services and change IP
3) start vcenter services
4) change the ESXi IP address from the console x 3
5) vsphere client login to vcenter new ip address, and add 3 hosts.
ensure that all dns or hardcoded host name are changed as well.

When you change the IP address of the vcenter server you may lose connectivity with the esx hosts - checkout this Kb article.
