Change IP of esxi hosts and virtual machines

Hi everyone.

In our small site, i have 2 esxi hosts(2 tower servers) with 10 Virtual Machines.I have only one subnet .There is no trunk port.

All my esxi hosts and virtual machines are in this subnet for example : 192.168.1.0/24

Now the requirement is to change the subnet from 192.168.1.0/24 to 192.168.10.0/24

How do i approach this.

Is there a vcenter server?

VMware KB: Changing the ESXi server management IP address

vSphere Documentation Center

As far as your VMs go, just open the console on your VM's and change IP using the process by the OS vendor.
