  • 1.  Cannot open Linux VM console with Web Client over the WAN

    I have installed and configured Vsphere 5.5 on esxi cloud.  I can access the vcenter from Vsphere client and web client from the local LAN.  I have a Linux based router running Fedora 20 and the new firewalld.  I also have SELinux in permissive mode.  I can access Vcenter remotely I can even power up my Linux VM remotely over Web Client.  I cannot open the console to my Linux client.  Is the problem in  Linux, the firewall, or esxi configuration?  Has anyone seen this problem before.

    Sounds like port 7443 is blocked (vSphere Web Client - HTML5 Remote Console)
