Cannot get vmware-cmd to work "Host not found"

I am trying to get a list of VM's on a host. The command I am running is

"vmware-cmd -H vcenter.company.com -U Administrator@company.com --vihost esxhost.company.com -l

It prompts me to enter a password and then hangs.

I cannot tell from the output if it does not like my username or what, is it asking for the root user for the ESX host or the admin user for vcenter? Do I need to do something other then enable root access via SSH on the ESXi box? It's not giving me any output so troubleshooting this is not working. The examples on the web do not work for me either, I am not sure if they are from other versions or what. Any help would REALLY be appreciated.
