Cannot Install 64bit OS

Hello,

I have an ESX4i host that cannot support a 64bit guest...

VT is enabled on the bios

The correct VM type is selected

Paravirtualisation is disabled

Execute No Execute option is enabled

During install of WIndows 2008 Server 64bit I get the error...

Attempting to load a 64bit applicatiom, however this CPU is not compatiable with 64bit mode.

I am stumped. Any advice would greatly appreciated...thanks...

Has VT been enabled before or did you enable it. If you enabled it, the host may need to be power cycled (a reboot is not sufficient) to pick up the new configuration.
