Can we use multiple vitualization software in one shared storage

Hi,

Is it possible that we can use different virtualization using the shared storage. ie the datastore of both ESX server and xen server can be taken from the same shared storage like EMC AX4 & CX.

Yes, it's possible.

But you have to use different LUNs.

For example one for VMware Cluster, and another for Xen Resource Pool.

yeah why not. usually you can even set the needed "guest" specific settings per LUN. So you can share your SAN with Windows / ESX / XEN whatever, Just as long as you don't give Xen access to your VMFS(VMware) volumes you should be fine.
