Can't power on a replicated VM with snapshot and R...

Hi,

When I try to power on a VM with snapshot and a RDM, I get this message:

Power On virtual machine W2K3-TEST No host is compatible with the virtual machine.

Unable to access virtual machine configuration. []W2K3-TEST.vmdk

If I remove the snapshot I can power on the VM.

Any idea?
