Can't ping my ESXI from my VM server

Hi,

First excuse my english!

I installed a workstation 12 player and created an ESXI 5.5 with 2 VMs( a windows server 2012 as a Domain Controller and another VM windows 7 for testing)

My VMs and the ESXI have different IP networks( 192.168.1.1 for the VM DC and 10.30.254.70 for the ESXI) ,i tried the bridging and NATing steel can't ping neither my ESXI or the physical host.

How can i fix that and reach internet from my VMs.

Thank you for your responds!

make sure that your ESXi use the same vmmic as the other machines or if you use different subnets you will need to route the traffic some how
