Can't connect to VC with vReplicator

We're running ESX 4.0 and vReplicator 2.5. I had to shrink the vCenter database last night because it was getting too big. After I did, I restarted the VirtualCenter service and was able to log back into vCenter. Since that, vReplicator has not been able to connect back to the vCenter and all jobs are failing. I am able to telnet to the host on port 443. I've rebooted the vCenter server. Any ideas how I can reconnect?

I just tried to remove the vCenter from vReplicator and re-add it. I get the following error: Unexpected error: Unable to read data from the transport connection: The connection was closed.

In case anyone has seen this before. I don't know what could have changed.
