Can not create virtual machine if name contain the dot

Hi! After upgrade ESXi to 6.5.0 Update 1 (Build 5969303) (client version 1.21.0) I can not create virtual machine if name contain the dot.

test      - ok

abc       - ok

The issue has been fixed in the fling version v1.23 of the ESXi Embedded Host Client.
