I have a problem of install vsphere esxi 5.xx on IBM x3250 M4, previous this server install esxi 4.1 and working fine, but I need to upgrade to esxi5. so I already move guest OS to other server and clear raid configure and rebulid new raid configuration ( this server have 3.5" SATA disk, 2 HDD and I configure to mirror ) but when I try to install it can not install and not show error, it run process of copy file and hang, I try to install both esxi 5.0 and 5.1 it have same result of can not install, but when I try to install esxi 4.0 and 4.1, it can install. I already check on IBM web site and vmware web site, It say this model support to esxi 5, Any person get a problem like this. please help me how to fix it
