Can an iSCSI SAN coexist with an FC SAN on the same host?

Our production enviroment currently consists of 4 esxi 5.1 hosts connected to an expensive FibreChannel SAN.

We would like to purchase a more cost effective iSCSI SAN and use is mostly for low priority/archive storage. Can each esxi host support both the FC connection and an iSCSI connection at the same time?

Yes you can mix both, iscsi and FC

Yes, taht's no problem at all.

Yes you can use both at the same time. Configure iSCSI with separate dedicated nics for better performance.
