CPU core

On the below screen  shows under object columna value   0  that means is using the core 0 ?  because i see all the eight VM's

are using the object 0  and 1    and is very slow  i have two Xeons Quad cores

When you have a VM selected (which is the case in your image), you're seeing the virtual CPUs for the VM and not the physical cores.  If you select the host and then go to the performance tab then you'll see all the logical cores for the host and you should see an even distribution of CPU usage.
