CPU Shares

If we change the CPU Share value to "High" on a Powered On VM.

Is reboot required in order to take that affect. ???

CPU shares are for the resource management of the hosts and the VM will not know whats happening at the hyper-visor level.

No reboot is Not required .because the changes are not made at the VM level - its at the Host level
