CONFLICTING_VIBS ERROR - Upgrating to ESXi 5.5 Cisco Custom Image for ESXi 5.5.0 U2 GA Install

Hi, I'm upgrading to ESXi 5.5.0 U2 from 5.5.0 U1.

This should be an easy upgrade but I keep getting:

I attempted to delete some VIBS:

Tryed to delete the following VIBS, upgrade still fail:

esxcli software vib remove --vibname=net-bnx2

esxcli software vib remove --vibname=netbnx2x

I do not want to keep deleting VIBS and potentialy remove something I cant put back.

Please help.
