CLI User Modify

Hello All. I'm running an older ESXi 5.1 vSphere Client with no User & Groups tab and I want to modify a user's GCOS setting. What would a good command be to edit a user's setting in the /etc/passwd file?

I've tried the command vicfg-user to no aval

answered my own question. vi'ed the /etc/passwd file

Is it possible to use the busybox adduser option with a user that has already been added to change it's full name description?

answered my own question. vi'ed the /etc/passwd file
