CDP - can we extract trunked VLANs as well?

greetings folks -- right now from vmware-vim-cmd hostsvc/net/query_networkhint one  can extract the VLAN configuration of switch ports (cisco)  ..but if the port allows for multiple VLANs in trunked mode - the vlan is displayed as 1 -- how can we make sure the all the vlans in trunked mode are displayed from this command's output

thanks for any help you may render

The VLAN ID 1 you get from the command is the native/default VLAN configured on the physical switch port. Afaik you cannot query e.g. the allowed VLANs from ESXi. What you may try is to check the observed IP list, which however may or may not be reliant (see http://communities.vmware.com/message/1257866)
