CBT Saop Fault On vSphere server

hi there;

Need a little help.

having CBT saop error on my sphere server machine. so cuz of that my veeam cant take backup of this machine.

Actually i know how to reset CBT from VM knowledge database but the problem is this machine is which is for sphere server.

So i cant reset CBT as usual way. Is there any other way to do that?

by the way as i know this KB is the only way to reset CBT. http://www.veeam.com/kb1113

You can use PowerCLI to enable/disable CBT on a running VM... Create a snapshot and delete it again to make the new setting effective..
