Budget Laptop (max £400) with AMD-V or Intel-VT support ESXi\ESX\Hyper-V

Could any one of you reccomend a budget laptop which supports Intel-VT or AMD-V, I would like to work undervmware workstation or even directly install on the hardware (laptop)
