Broadcom NetXtreme BCM5703 NIC not working

Hello, I am running Vmware ESXi 4.0.0 Update 2 and I am unable to get this NIC to show up. It is in the HCL and the server detects it if I run the lspci command, but I do not see it in the esxcfg-nics list or within the VI client. Any ideas on how I can get it to be usable with the host?

Try installing this driver:

Check if it will work with this. Weird is that on HCL it shows with tg3 driver. Maybe version...
