Boot from ISO image failure

I have the same problem as above. I have tried Efi, Bios but no success.

Im running ESXI 6.7 and created a VM to run windows 10 64 bit, uploaded a clean Iso image but booting from virtual disk isnt working. also how can I boot to firmware as the screen on my vm isnt giving me the option. Please someone assist asap!

Check the ISO by verifying its checksum against those published by Microsoft to ensure you have a complete download. For entry into the boot menu, go to the VM Options tab and check the box to enter the boot menu on next reboot.

When I run ISO WIN SERVER 2012, it works. When I do ubuntu iso in same vm , it works too BUT win 10 iso not working, at all
