Blinking Cursor after install of ESXi 5 on a Dell Poweredge 1750

I'm trying to setup a test ESXi server on a Dell PowerEdge 1750 Server. We have 3 HD's setup in Raid 5. The ESXi installer runs through the initial loading of the files from CD and then we get just get a blinking cursor. No errors. Let it sit there from about a half hour but no progress. Is the ESXi installer not properly seeing the Raid 5 disks? Any suggestions would be helpful.

It's not on the VMware HCL, so it could be several things. IF you have a spare USB flash drive hanging around, try installing to that. I would go with one that's 1-8GB in size (4GB or 8GB being my preference). If it still won't install to the flash drive, then it's something deeper. Could be anything from the CPU's installed, bios update level, NICs installed, etc... How much time do you really want to spend trying to get this to work??
