Blank screen in Tech Support mode screen

Hi everybody!

I have installed lastly a ESXi 4 on a Dell PowerEdge WorkStation 690 with a Xeon 5150 and 4Go of RAM.

I want to activate the SSH service. Normally I don't have problem to make it.

But when I go to Tech Support Mode with ALT+F1, the screen switchs between ESXi console to Tech Support Mode... but the screen is black, with white blanking curso. But no text on the screen, only some words in blue color written "VMWare ESXi 4.0" (it's approximately), and the blancking cursor is under these words.

Also, I have unchecked the vmKernel.boot.techsupportmode with vsphere client and rebooted the server. I see text when typing on the keyboard but no action are available.

Normally, after ALT+F1, I see some boot message text where I can type "unsupported" and the root password. But nothing in my case.

Do you know this problem? An incompatibility with the video card? Regards.
