Black Screen after conversion of xp sp3 host

Hi guys,

after a conversion of an host on my network (xp sp3) on an esx 4.0 server when i start the vm there is only a black screen.

Someone can hel me???

I answer myself....

I've converted the vm not in level 7 layer and the problem is gone!!
